Our Service Reminder Scheme – make sure it works for you

Here at Ideal we want to look after and reward our installers whenever possible, and that includes helping you to generate extra business and revenue from the Ideal boilers you install.

For those who don’t know, our service reminder scheme aims to do just that and, when used correctly, can be a real asset to your business.

So, here’s how it works. Once you’re registered for our service reminder scheme, for every Ideal boiler you install, we’ll make sure we do the following for the duration of the product’s warranty, which could be up to seven years!

  • Contact your customers to remind them that their Ideal boiler is approaching the time for its annual service
  • We’ll send your customer your name and your contact number so that it’s you they book a service with
  • We’ll then send you an SMS to let you know we’ve contacted your customer, reminding you to give them a call and arrange their annual boiler service

If you want to make use of our scheme it couldn’t be easier to get started, just buy and install an Ideal boiler and register the warranty within 30 days of installation using the Installer Connect portal – easy! You can register your most recent installation on the Installer Connect portal to earn points, notify Gas Safe for building regulations free of charge and to register the warranty.

One last thing, we can only send service reminders to homeowners you have fitted an Ideal boiler for since signing up to our scheme.
