2025 Ideal Heating Christmas Jumper Reward – Terms & Conditions

1. Reward Overview

   1. The Ideal Heating Christmas Jumper is offered as a limited-stock Reward available to eligible Ideal Heating Connect members.

   2. This Reward can be redeemed once per Connect account while stock lasts.

   3. This Reward is not a promotion, prize draw, or competition.

2. Eligibility

   1. The promotion is open to Ideal Heating Connect members aged 18 or over who are resident in the United Kingdom, excluding Northern Ireland.

   2. Ideal Heating reserves the right to verify account information to confirm eligibility.

3. Redemption

   1. Each Connect account may redeem one (1) Christmas Jumper only.

   2. Redemption is subject to availability and will operate on a first-come, first-served basis.

   3. Once reward is redeemed, orders cannot be exchanged for alternative Rewards or Connect points.

4. Contribution in aid of Shelter

   1. For each Ideal heating Christmas jumper redeemed, £20 will be donated in aid of Shelter UK to support their work helping people facing homelessness.

   2. The £20 donation is included as part of the Reward value and will be transferred directly from Ideal Heating in aid of Shelter UK, with payment to be made no later than January 2026.

   3. Any additional costs paid at checkout relate solely to postage and handling and are not part of the in aid of Shelter UK donation.

5. Shipping & Delivery

   1. Pre-orders will begin 26th November 2025, shipping from 8th December 2025.

   2. Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier capacity.

   3. Ideal Heating is not responsible for delays from courier delivery.

6. Refunds & Exchanges

   1. As stock is limited and allocated per Connect account (www.installerconnect.com), exchanges and returns are unavailable.

   2. Faulty items will be replaced or refunded in accordance with statutory consumer rights.

7. General Conditions

   1. Ideal Heating may withdraw or amend this reward at any time, if necessary, due to circumstances beyond its control.

   2. Misuse of the Connect platform or fraudulent activity may result in cancellation of the Reward and/or account action.

   3. By redeeming the Reward, members agree to these Terms and Conditions.
