Expert Academy “Skill up, Win a Holiday” Prize Draw – Terms and Conditions

• Eligibility

• The prize draw is open to individuals who are residents of the UK mainland and aged 18 years or over (Northern Ireland is excluded).

• To qualify for entry, participants must have attended in person and completed an official heat pump course with Expert Academy, Ideal Heating between 14th July 2025 and 30th September 2025 only.

• Entry to this prize draw is automatic. If you would like to withdraw your entry, please let Expert Academy know.

• Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

• Employees of Expert Academy and their immediate families or households are not eligible to enter.

• Entry Period

  • The prize draw runs from 00:00 BST on 14th July 2025 until 23:59 BST on 30th September 2025.

  • Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

• How to Enter

  • Eligible individuals will be automatically entered into the prize draw upon completion of the qualifying course.

  • No purchase necessary beyond participation in the course. No additional registration is required.

• The Prize

  • One (1) winner will receive a European City Break for two people.

  • The prize includes return economy flights from a UK mainland airport and hotel accommodation for two nights.

  • Travel dates and destination will be subject to availability and blackout dates.

  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.

• Winner Selection and Notification

  • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or after 14th October 2025.

  • The winner will be contacted via the contact details provided during course registration.

  • If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days or is unable to accept the prize, Expert Academy reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

• General

  • Expert Academy reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions where necessary.

  • The decision of Expert Academy regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding.

  • By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  • The winner may be asked to participate in publicity related to the prize draw.

  • Disqualification for breach of terms of fraudulent behaviour

  • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales

  • Ideal Heating have the right to cancel or amend the competition
