Our new Lifetime Warranty for Logic Air heat pumps is the first of its kind in the heating industry, raising the bar for long-term support and giving homeowners, installers and developers greater confidence in low-carbon heating.

But this is about much more than a warranty.

Built around our new Lifetime Care for your Logic Air proposition, it combines annual servicing, ongoing warranty and expert manufacturer support to give homeowners complete peace of mind throughout the life of their heating system.

More than a warranty

We didn’t set out to create a longer warranty.

We set out to rethink what long-term ownership of a heat pump should look like.

Available exclusively on Logic Air heat pumps installed alongside an Ideal cylinder and Halo Air controls, Lifetime Warranty provides homeowners with a simple, manufacturer-backed support package that includes:

• Annual servicing

• Ongoing warranty

• Expert support from the people who built the product

Homeowners can sign up within six months of installation through a monthly subscription of £22.50, or an annual payment of £270, giving them access to ongoing support throughout the lifetime of their heating system.

Built to support installers

One thing has been clear from day one.

This isn’t about taking servicing work away from installers.

It’s about giving them another option.

Installers who want Ideal Heating to provide ongoing servicing and support can recommend Lifetime Warranty to their customers, safe in the knowledge that the manufacturer will be there for the long term.

For installers who prefer to retain the servicing relationship themselves, our Extended Warranty options allow them to continue doing exactly that.

Our Chief Executive Officer, Adam Foy, believes the launch marks an important moment for the heating industry.
