Logic Air to join display of green innovation at major UK exhibition

We’re excited to be showcasing our flagship Logic Air heat pump at a major UK exhibition highlighting the latest innovations in green renewable energy.

Logic Air will be featured at the Discovery Museum’s Steam to Green exhibition in Newcastle, which will run from July 20th 2024 to September 6th 2026.

The exhibition will tell the story of energy in the North East, from the industrial revolution through to the pioneering green technologies which will power homes and businesses for generations to come.

Highlighting the latest innovations in green renewable energy, there will be exciting hands-on displays demonstrating everything from wind and solar power through to domestic products such as our own Logic Air heat pump.

The exhibition aims to help children, young people and their families understand the relationship between our need for energy and the wellbeing of the planet.

Offering an optimistic vision of the future, the Steam to Green exhibition will de-mystify new technologies, instil pride in green innovation, and broaden aspirations for local young people by highlighting career pathways connected to renewable and low carbon technologies.

Our Logic Air heat pump will be on display alongside other innovative green technologies such as electric cars, solar panels, wind turbine models and much more.

The Logic Air is our flagship monobloc heat pump for the UK domestic market, offering great efficiencies both in heating and hot water when coupled with our Ideal heat pump cylinder.

Designed to deliver efficient, simple and reliable low carbon heating in homes throughout the UK, our Logic Air heat pump is Quiet Mark certified, recognising it as one of the quietest products on the market.

Huddersfield resident Becky Bancroft had one of our Logic Air heat pumps installed at her home by Heat Pump Installers UK.

She said: “With my old boiler, I’d come home from work and be turning the heating up because it would be cold. Then later on it would be too warm and I couldn’t get to sleep at night.

“With the heat pump, it is a constant temperature and every room is just comfortable.

“It’s a great bit of kit and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a heat pump. The hot water cylinder is in my loft and out of the way, and the heat pump itself sits in the garden.”

A significant Logic Air rollout is happening in the North East as part of a major social housing upgrade programme.

Bernicia Group and the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero are investing £7m to upgrade the heating systems in hundreds of homes across the North East and Yorkshire to make them more energy efficient.

As part of the exhibition, we have created an information poster which will be displayed alongside one of our heat pumps to educate families about the technology and how it is helping drive the heating industry towards a greener future.
