Ideal Heating takes Premier Club installers on the trip of a lifetime to Dubai

Last week we took over 250 of our installers to Dubai for an unforgettable experience of a lifetime.

Premier Club is reserved exclusively for our top installers, as a thank you for their ongoing loyalty and support for our company.

In previous years, Premier Club has taken installers on luxury trips to Miami and Las Vegas.

This year, Premier Club qualifiers jetted off to Dubai for a five-day adventure, with a host of activities and events lined up for installers to enjoy.

Activities included a yacht cruise, a sky pool experience, a round of golf at the renowned Dubai Creek course and a trip to the iconic Burj Khalifa skyscraper.

We also used this year’s Premier Club visit to tease details of our 2026 trip, with anticipation growing to discover the next blockbuster location.

Mark Derbyshire, our Managing Director (Domestic), said: “We want our installers to feel like they are part of the Ideal family and the Premier Club is a key way that we do this.

“We’ve built an extremely strong and loyal network of installers and we’re hugely grateful for the support and commitment we receive from them.

“Thanks to all of our loyal installers who joined us this year in Dubai. Our Premier Club trip has been a major highlight for installers for a number of years now, and the feedback we’ve received this year has been overwhelming.

“We think Dubai was our best trip so far, and we can’t wait to share more details on what the future has in store for Premier Club.”

Premier Club 2024 was hosted at the Hilton Palm Jumeirah, a five-star luxury hotel located on Dubai’s Palm West Beach. Installers could choose from 10 different activities to take part in during the five-day trip.

Experiences included the world’s longest urban zip line, running over Dubai’s marina, as well as a thrilling high-rise edge walk and a pool party which has become a standout highlight of every Premier Club trip.

Our exclusive Premier Club is a key way we reward our loyal and dedicated installers, while also building a supportive community within the UK heating industry.

Carl Goddard runs CG Plumbing and Home Services, based in Goole, East Yorkshire.

Dubai was Carl’s third Premier Club trip, having previously joined us in Miami and Las Vegas.

He said: “From start to finish, the service and experience we received in Dubai was absolutely first class. Having been on previous Premier Club trips, I can definitely say this one was the best.

“I’m not normally someone who is lost for words, but some of the things we did out there just blew me away. I went on the yacht cruise and the helicopter ride, as well as the driving experience.

On the final night of the trip to Dubai, we teased Premier Club qualifiers by announcing our next trip will take place in 2026.
