Double Points Black Friday November 2025 Terms and Conditions

Double Points Promotion: 24th November to 30th November 2025

The promoter is Ideal Heating Limited (company no. 00322137) (“Ideal Heating”), whose registered office is at PO Box 103, National Avenue, Hull, HU5 4JN, United Kingdom.

1. By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. The promotion is open to Ideal Heating Connect members aged 18 or over who are resident in the United Kingdom, excluding Northern Ireland. Employees of Ideal Heating, their families, agencies, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to participate.

3. The promotion applies to the Ideal Heating Logic MAX and Vogue MAX boiler ranges, the Ideal System Filter when registered on the Installer Connect platform between 24th November to 30th November 2025 inclusive.

4. You will only be eligible to enter this Promotion if you purchase and register a Logic Max or Vogue Max boiler with Ideal System during the promotion period in the United Kingdom. (Max IE products are excluded from the promotion)

5. You will only qualify for this promotion if you register your product through your business account on

   www.installerconnect.com

6. To enter the Promotion, an Eligible Participant must:

   1. Be a Gas Safe Registered business on the Installer Connect scheme.

   2. Purchase a specified boiler fitted with ideal system filter during the Promotion Period

   3. Register the eligible products with the Promoter on the Installer Connect platform between 24th November 2025 and 30th November 2025inclusive.

   4. Promotion is capped at double value of connect points earnt on eligible registrations through promotional period. Subsequent products in the qualifying period will not earn additional rewards.

7. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.

9. Eligible participants if qualified between 24th November 2025 and 30th November 2025 you'll receive double Connect Points for eligible products registered during this period Connect Points will be credited as double Connect points, a x2 multiplier of original value awarded immediately.

10. ‘Double connect points’ is a x2 multiplier of original value awarded for eligible products.

    1. Bronze tiered installer connect accounts will receive 244 Connect points (£80.52) for the Ideal Heating Vogue Max Combi/System and 122 Connect points (£40.26) for the Ideal Heating Logic Max Combi/Heat/System

    2. Silver tiered installer connect accounts will receive 244 Connect points (£80.52) for the Ideal Heating Vogue Max Combi/System and 190 Connect points (£62.70) for the Ideal Heating Logic Max Combi/Heat/System

    3. Gold tiered installer connect accounts will receive 244 Connect points (£110.22) for the Ideal Heating Vogue Max Combi/System and 190 Connect points (£40.26) for the Ideal Heating Logic Max Combi/Heat/System

11. Upon registering the qualifying products, the points will be accrued in the Connect account registered to the installer as usual and the installer can choose when to redeem those points.

12. Ideal Heating will not be liable for any charges or other fees that may be incurred by the participant

13. Ideal Heating reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to verify those that qualify for the promotion, including but not limited to proof of identity and proof of membership of Connect, and to withdraw the promotion and/or disqualify any participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or otherwise where a participant has gained advantage from participating in or used fraudulent means to qualify for the promotion.

14. Ideal Heating reserves the right to withdraw or amend or alter the terms of the promotion at any time and without notice. Participants will be deemed to agree that no liability shall attach to Ideal Heating because of any withdrawal, amendment, or alteration.

15. Ideal Heating is not responsible for the display and communication of this promotion on any other third party marketing.

16. Qualifying products that have been registered and appear in the ‘pending’ section of your account are subject to review by our internal teams to verify the accuracy of the installation details. Should a pending registration be rejected due to unverifiable information or failure to meet the terms of the Connect scheme, it will be deemed ineligible for this promotion.

17. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be shared with third parties except those necessary to administer this promotion.

18. The Promotion will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Promotion.
