Heat Pump Fact or Fiction Survey – Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility The prize draw is open to residents of England, Scotland and Wales aged 18 or over who are Gas Safe registered installers and who complete the Heat Pump Fact or Fiction Survey in full by 11:59pm on Wednesday 7 October 2026. Entries from Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or outside the UK will not be accepted.

2. How to Enter To enter, participants must complete the Heat Pump Fact or Fiction Survey in full using the official link provided in the promotional email or communication. Only one entry per person will be accepted.

3. Closing Date All completed surveys must be submitted by 11:59pm on Wednesday 7 October 2026. Entries received after this time will not be eligible for the prize draw.

4. Prize One winner will receive one £100 Amazon.co.uk eGift Voucher. No cash alternative will be offered. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for another prize.

5. Winner Selection One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on Friday 9 October 2026 using a verifiably random computer process.

6. Notification and Prize Delivery The winner will be notified by email within five working days of the draw taking place. The winner must respond within ten working days of the notification being sent. If the winner does not respond within this period, or is found not to meet the eligibility criteria, another eligible winner may be selected at random.

The prize will be issued to the winner by email within 30 days of the winner being successfully contacted.

7. Winner Information The surname and county of the winner may be made available on request as evidence that a valid award took place. Entrants may object to the publication of this information or request that the amount of information made available is reduced by contacting Ideal Heating at the time of entry. If required, Ideal Heating will nevertheless provide the winner’s surname and county to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

8. Promoter The promoter of this prize draw is Ideal Heating, National Avenue, Hull, HU5 4JB.

9. Data Protection Personal data provided as part of the survey will be processed for the purposes of administering the prize draw and analysing survey responses, in accordance with Ideal Heating’s Privacy Policy.

10. General Ideal Heating reserves the right to withdraw or amend the promotion or these Terms and Conditions where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, provided that any such amendment does not unfairly disadvantage participants who have already entered. Any material changes will be communicated appropriately.

Ideal Heating’s decision regarding the administration of the prize draw and selection of the winner is final, subject to applicable law.
