Installer Connect Feedback Survey – Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: The prize draw is open to UK mainland residents (excluding Northern Ireland) aged 18 or over who are Gas Safe registered installers and complete the Installer Connect Feedback Survey in full by Friday 14th November 2025. Entries from Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, or outside the UK mainland will not be accepted.

2. How to Enter: To enter, complete the Installer Connect Feedback Survey using the official link provided in the promotional email or communication. Only one entry per person will be accepted.

3. Closing Date: All completed surveys must be submitted by 11:59pm on Friday 14th November 2025 to be entered into the prize draw.

4. Prize Details: One winner will receive a £50 Amazon.co.uk eGift Voucher. No cash or alternative prize will be offered. The prize is non-transferable.

5. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on Monday 17th November 2025.

6. Notification: The winner will be notified by email within five working days of the draw date. If the winner does not respond within ten working days, another winner may be selected.

7. Promoter: The promoter of this prize draw is Ideal Heating, National Avenue, Hull, HU5 4JB.

8. Data Protection: Personal data provided as part of this survey will be used solely for the purposes of administering the prize draw and analysing survey responses, in accordance with Ideal Heating’s Privacy Policy.
