Installer Connect MAX Break – Greggs Promotion  Terms and Conditions 

The promoter is Ideal Heating Limited (company no. 00322137) (“Ideal Heating”), whose registered office is at PO Box 103, National Avenue, Hull, HU5 4JB, United Kingdom. 

1. By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

2. The Promotion is open to Installer Connect members aged 18 or over who are resident in the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland. The Republic of Ireland is excluded from this Promotion. Employees of Ideal Heating, their families, agencies, or anyone else professionally connected with this Promotion are not eligible to participate. 

3. The Promotion is valid from 12 October 2026 00:00 up to and including 22 November 2026 23:59 (“Promotion Period”). 

4. To qualify for the Promotion, participants must register a qualifying Logic MAX or Vogue MAX boiler through Installer Connect at installerconnect.com 

5. The final qualifying registration date for this Promotion is 22 November 2026. Registrations successfully processed after 22 November 2026 23:59; will not qualify for the Promotion. 

6. Participants must adhere to the Installer Connect Terms and Conditions at all times when participating in this Promotion. The Installer Connect Terms and Conditions include rules relating to the processing and validation of product registrations. 

7. Where a registration is placed into a pending status, the registration will be treated in accordance with the Installer Connect Terms and Conditions. For the purposes of this Promotion, a pending registration will count on the date it is successfully processed and not the date on which it was originally submitted. 

8. A registration must therefore be successfully processed on or before 22 November 2026 to qualify for this Promotion. Registrations that remain pending and are successfully processed after 22 November 2026 will not qualify. 

9. Only qualifying registrations that have been successfully processed in accordance with the Installer Connect Terms and Conditions will be eligible for a Greggs QR code. 

10. Eligible participants will receive a unique Greggs QR code following confirmation that their registration qualifies for the Promotion. 

11. The Promotion operates on a Monday to Sunday basis. Participants who successfully register a qualifying Logic MAX or Vogue MAX boiler through Installer Connect during a weekly period will be eligible to access a Greggs perk on their Installer Connect account for that week. Participants may select either the regular hot drink or sausage roll option. Once selected, the corresponding QR code will be available on the participant’s Connect account until 23:59 on the Sunday of the same week in which the qualifying product was registered. After this time, the perk and QR code will no longer be available on the participant’s account. The Promotion resets at the start of each new weekly period, allowing participants to qualify for a new Greggs perk by registering another eligible boiler, subject to these Terms and Conditions. Each participant may receive a maximum of one Greggs perk per weekly promotional period, regardless of the number of qualifying Logic MAX or Vogue MAX boilers registered during that period.

12. All Greggs QR codes issued as part of this Promotion must be redeemed by 29 November 2026. Any codes shown after 29 November 2026 will not be valid or accepted. 

13. QR code offers are only valid on: (1) Regular hot drinks - Americano, White Coffee, Cappuccino, Latte, Flat White, Espresso, Hot Chocolate, Mocha, Tea & specialty tea, all seasonal / specialty hot drinks (2) Sausage roll – Sausage Roll, Vegan Roll (Pork Free), Chicken Roll Any extras will be charged accordingly, and may be charged under a separate transaction.  

14. Unique valid code must be shown to a member of staff to redeem.  

15. One claim per user, per unique code. One code accepted per transaction.  

16. Offer cannot be exchanged, refunded or transferred or used in conjunction with any other offer or Greggs reward scheme  

17. Offer is valid to redeem between start date of each promotion, only.  

18. Any codes shown after end date of each promotion will not be valid or accepted.  

19. Screenshots or photos of codes will not be accepted.  

20. This offer is available to redeem majority of Greggs shops only, exclusions do apply.  

21. Offer is subject to availability and whilst stocks last. An alternative product may be supplied. Valid to take away. UK residents only.  

22. Greggs reserves the right to refuse/amend this offer in any way deemed appropriate.  

23. Excluded shops are those situated outside of the United Kingdom, Greggs Express and in MOTO forecourts, – Doncaster, Ferrybridge, Toddington North & South, Heston, Hilton Park, Lancaster, Southwaite North, Trowell, Leigh Del East & West, Knutsford, Heston East, Frankly North & South, Donnington Park, Trowell South, Wetherby, Sawtry and Rugby 

24. Ideal Heating reserves the right to verify participants and qualifying registrations, including checking Installer Connect membership, product registration and installation details. 

25. Ideal Heating reserves the right to disqualify any participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms and Conditions or the Installer Connect Terms and Conditions have been breached, or where a participant has attempted to obtain an unfair or fraudulent advantage from the Promotion.

27. Ideal Heating reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, provided that any such amendment does not unfairly disadvantage participants who have already participated in the Promotion. Any material changes to the Promotion, including any change to the closing date, will be communicated appropriately. 

28. Any personal data relating to participants will be used in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and Ideal Heating’s Privacy Policy. 

29. This Promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Promotion.
