New Connect Sign up offer 2026: 1st January 2026 onwards The promoter is Ideal Heating Limited (company no. 00322137) (“Ideal Heating”), whose registered office is at PO Box 103, National Avenue, Hull, HU5 4JB, United Kingdom.
By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The promotion is open to Ideal Heating Connect members aged 18 or over who are resident in the United Kingdom, excluding Northern Ireland. Employees of Ideal Heating, their families, agencies, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to participate.
The promotion applies to the Ideal Heating Logic MAX and Vogue MAX boiler ranges only, when registered on the Connect platform.
You will only be eligible to enter this Promotion if you purchase and register a Logic MAX or Vogue MAX boiler during the Promotion Period in Mainland UK (MAX IE products are excluded from the promotion).
This promotion applies only to your first boiler registration completed through Connect. Registrations of any boiler models other than the specified Logic MAX or Vogue MAX will not qualify for this promotion.
To enter the Promotion and receive the New Connect Sign up 2026 promotion, an eligible participant must:
Be Gas Safe Registered company on installerconnect.com
Not have registered a product through the Connect platform before*
Purchase a specified Boiler(s) during the Promotion Period
Register the specified Boiler(s) with the Promoter on the Connect platform from 1 January 2026 onwards as their first product
The promotion is capped at a total of £150 (455 Connect points) under the New Connect Sign up 2026 promotion, unless the Connect account becomes eligible again.
Additional boilers registered during the qualifying period will not earn further rewards unless they qualify under the terms of another promotion.
Eligible participants who have qualified will be credited with £150 (455 Connect points) instantly to their Connect account subject to the standard scheme Terms & Conditions.

Qualifying products which have been registered and enter the ‘pending section’ of your account are reviewed by internal teams to verify accuracy of data. If a registration is rejected due to inability to verify installation details or does not qualify under scheme rules, it will not be eligible for this promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel this promotion at any time.
Ideal Heating reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to verify eligibility and to withdraw the promotion and/or disqualify any participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms or fraudulent activity.
Ideal Heating reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or amend the promotion at any time without notice. No liability shall attach to Ideal Heating as a result of any such change.
Any personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and used only for the administration of this promotion. The Promotion will be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Ideal Heating will not be liable for any charges or other fees that may be incurred by the participant.
*Connect accounts created prior to 1 January 2023 that have never registered a product on the new Connect platform may still qualify for this promotion.
Additional MAX Registration Bonus Promotion (27 July – 31 December 2026)
This Additional MAX Registration Bonus Promotion applies only to Connect accounts created between 27 July 2026 and 31 December 2026 (“Eligible New Accounts”).
17. By participating in this Additional Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these additional terms and conditions.
18. To qualify for the Additional Promotion, participants must:
1. Qualify for the New Connect Sign up 2026 promotion by registering their first boiler as an eligible Logic MAX or Vogue MAX boiler through the Connect platform
2. Have a Connect account created between 27 July 2026 and 31 December 2026
3. Register eligible Logic MAX or Vogue MAX boilers during the Additional Promotional Period
4. Complete all qualifying MAX boiler registrations within 12 weeks of creating their Connect account, or by 31 December 2026, whichever occurs first.
19. The Additional Promotional Period runs from 27 July 2026 to 31 December 2026 inclusive. Any registrations submitted after this date will not qualify.
i. £100 (303 Connect points) for the second eligible Logic MAX or Vogue MAX boiler registered
ii. £50 (152 Connect points) for the third eligible Logic MAX or Vogue MAX boiler registered
20. Eligibility for the additional rewards is dependent on the participant first qualifying for the New Connect Sign up 2026 promotion by registering an eligible Logic MAX or Vogue MAX boiler:
a. If a participant does not qualify for the New Connect Sign up 2026 promotion by registering their first eligible MAX boiler, they will not qualify for the additional rewards for the second or third MAX boiler registrations.
b. The second and third eligible MAX boiler registrations do not need to be consecutive registrations.
21. All additional rewards are limited to one per eligible Connect account.
22. All registrations remain subject to verification and approval by the Promoter. Any ineligible or rejected registrations will not qualify.
23. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this Additional Promotion at any time.
