PlayStation 5 Prize Draw Terms & Conditions 2026

1. The promoter is Ideal Heating Limited (company no. 00322137) (“Ideal Heating”), whose registered office is at PO Box 103, National Avenue, Hull, HU5 4JB, United Kingdom.

2. Eligibility - The promotion is open to Gas Safe Registered installers resident in the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.

3. Employees of the Promoter, its group companies, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.

4. Proof of Eligibility - Proof of age, identity, and valid Gas Safe registration may be required before the prize is awarded. The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility.

5. Promotion Period The prize draw opens on DD/MM/YYYY and closes at 23:59 on 31 May 2026. Entries received after this time will not be valid.

8. Free alternative entry: Email your Gas safe number, and mobile telephone number to [email protected] before the closing date.

9. No purchase is necessary. A maximum of one entry per person is permitted, regardless of entry method.

10. Free Entry Route - The email entry route is available for the entire promotion period and will be treated equally to text entries.

11. Winner Selection - One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries within 7 days of the closing date using a computer-generated random selection process.

12. Winner Notification - The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided and must respond within 14 days of initial contact. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to select a replacement winner at random.

13. The prize is one PlayStation 5 console. No cash alternative will be offered, and the prize is non-transferable.

14. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.

16. Winner Information - The surname and county of the winner will be available upon request by emailing [email protected] within three months of the closing date.

17. Entrants may object to their surname and county being made available or request that the amount of information made available be reduced. In such circumstances, the Promoter may still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required.

18. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, or not successfully received for any reason beyond its reasonable control.
