Premier Club 2026 BONUS Terms and Conditions

Definitions In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

“Company” means Ideal Boilers Limited, Company Number: 00322137, whose registered office is at Ideal Boilers Limited, National Avenue, Hull, East Yorkshire, HU5 4JB.

“Premier Club” means the Premier Club 2026 Trip operated by the Company, subject to its own separate terms and conditions.

“Premier Club BONUS” or “Promotion” means the add-on bonus promotion available to individuals who have successfully qualified and confirmed attendance for the Premier Club 2026 Trip, as described in these Terms and Conditions.

“Participant” means an individual installer who has successfully qualified and confirmed attendance for the Premier Club 2026 Trip and is eligible to take part in the Premier Club BONUS.

“Promotion Period” means 00:00 on 1 January 2026 to 23:59 on 30 March 2026 inclusive.

“BONUS Target” means the personalised individual target set by the Company for each Participant, calculated by matching the Participant’s eligible registrations and passport points achieved during the period 1 January to 30 March 2025, and notified to the Participant by the Company.

“Connect / www.installerconnect.com ” means the Company’s installer loyalty and rewards programme through which registrations and points are earned and recorded.

“Reward” means the £250 personalised reward available to qualifying Participants, issued as either a room upgrade for the Premier Club 2026 Trip, where applicable, or a £250 prepaid spending money card.

Unless stated otherwise, references to registrations and passport points mean those correctly submitted, recorded, and validated through the Connect (www.installerconnect.com) loyalty program, in accordance with the Premier Club 2026 terms and conditions

1. The Premier Club BONUS (the "Promotion") is an optional add-on promotion open only to installers who have successfully qualified and confirmed attendance for the Premier Club 2026 Trip (the "Premier Club").

2. These Terms and Conditions apply in addition to the Premier Club 2026 Terms and Conditions (the "Principal Terms"). By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the Principal Terms. The Promotion is open only to individuals who have fully qualified and confirmed attendance for the Premier Club 2026 Trip in accordance with the Premier Club 2026 Terms. Eligibility is strictly personal to the qualifying individual and is non-transferable.

3. Employees of Ideal Heating Limited, its agents, or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion are excluded from participation.

4. The Promotion will run from 00:00 on 1 January 2026 to 23:59 on 30 March 2026 inclusive (the "Promotion Period").

5. You will only qualify for this promotion if you register your product through your business account on Connect (www.installerconnect.com)

6. Qualification for the bonus mini target received after the closing date will not be accepted.

7. Each eligible participant will be set a personalised individual target (the "BONUS Target"). The BONUS Target will be calculated by reference to the participant’s own activity during the period 1 January to 30 March 2025, matching the total number of eligible registrations and passport points achieved during that period. BONUS targets are unique to each participant and will be communicated directly by Ideal Heating. BONUS targets cannot be transferred, substituted, amended, or appealed.

8. To qualify for a reward under the Promotion, participants must achieve or exceed their BONUS target in full during the Promotion Period through the Connect loyalty scheme www.installerconnect.com.

9. Failure to meet the BONUS Target in full will result in no reward being issued.

10. Qualifying products to the Premier Club BONUS target

    1. Logic Air = 20 Points

    2. HP290 = 20 Points

    3. Logic +, Logic MAX, Vogue, Vogue MAX = 10 Points

    4. 5 Year Warranty Boilers = 5 Points

    5. Halo Combi RF and Wi-Fi= 2 Points

    6. Gledhill Stainless Lite Plus = 10 Points

11. Participants who successfully achieve their individual BONUS Target will receive a £250 personalised reward. The reward will be applied as a room upgrade for the Premier Club 2026 Trip in the first instance, subject to availability. Where a room upgrade has already been purchased prior to the Promotion, the participant will instead receive a £250 prepaid card. No cash alternative is available.

12. Room upgrades are subject to availability and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. The prepaid spending money card is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. Ideal Heating Limited reserves the right to substitute the reward with an alternative of equal or greater value where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.

13. All decisions made by Ideal Heating Limited in connection with the Promotion are final.

14. Ideal Heating reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to verify those that qualify for the promotion, including but not limited to proof of identity and proof of membership of Connect, and to withdraw the promotion and/or disqualify any participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or otherwise where a participant has gained advantage from participating in or used fraudulent means to qualify for the promotion.10.1 Ideal Heating Limited reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Promotion at any time where reasonably necessary.

15. Ideal Heating reserves the right to withdraw or amend or alter the terms of the promotion at any time and without notice. Participants will be deemed to agree that no liability shall attach to Ideal Heating because of any withdrawal, amendment, or alteration.

16. Ideal Heating is not responsible for the display and communication of this promotion on any other third-party marketing.

17. Qualifying products that have been registered and appear in the ‘pending’ section of your account are subject to review by our internal teams to verify the accuracy of the installation details. Should a pending registration be rejected due to unverifiable information or failure to meet the terms of the Connect scheme, it will be deemed ineligible for this promotion.

18. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be shared with third parties except those necessary to administer this promotion.

19. The Promotion will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Promotion. Participation in the Promotion is optional and does not affect qualification for, or participation in, the Premier Club 2026 Trip itself.

20. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

21. The promoter of the Promotion is Ideal Heating Limited.
