What Does an Ideal Boiler Warranty Cover?
Ideal boiler warranties vary between 2 and 12 years, but this may be limited to 12 months if you don’t register it within 30 days of installation. Ideal Heating’s warranties offer customers full parts and labour repair services, or boiler replacement, free of charge when the boiler has any mechanical or electrical breakdowns due to fault with materials or installation.
This is subject to the terms and conditions of your Ideal boiler’s warranty.
Does The Ideal Boiler Warranty Cover My Whole Heating System?
Unfortunately, your boiler warranty only covers manufacturing issues with the appliances. If you have any issues with your radiators or pipework you will need to contact your boiler installer. Alternatively, we do offer system coverage to run alongside your gas boiler warranty.

How Do You Register Your Ideal Boiler Warranty?
Homeowners
As a homeowner, it’s very important that your register the warranty on your Ideal boiler within 30 days so we can assist you quickly when needed.
If your installer has already registered your boiler warranty for you, you don’t need to register it again.
New Builds
For a new build Ideal boiler, you will want to register it for its parts and labour warranty within 30 days. If you are a member of Developer Connect, please log in to your account to register your boilers.

Social Housing
For social housing boilers, you will need to register for your Ideal boiler warranty within 30 days of installation. If you are a member of Contractor Connect, please log in to your account and register your boilers.

Installers
If you are an installer you will also need to register your Ideal products for their parts and labour warranty within 30 days. However, if you are a member of Installer Connect you can log in to your account and register your boilers there.
